Afternoon Hatha/Vinyasa Flow

Hatha classes vary focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. A Vinyasa class is a dynamic and flowing style of Hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of both styles of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.

Start and the week with breathwork practice and moving your body with strength, stretch, and balance!
