New Yoga Studio In Elberton, Ga

Let's be clear here, I'm no writer.... I can NOT believe I am blogging, but I really want to get my message out there to my community so here it goes. Forgive the errors, I have fallen victim to the era of texting and rarely spell a word out in completion. Let alone a sentence... Lord help.
Here we go.
I am excited and a little terrified to announce I will be teaching YOGA to the public, that is you my dear public. Rayne Or Shine Yoga
is teaming up at Suttles Family Chiropractic with Carissa Suttles and Sandy Beebe of Bizzy Bee Massage Therapy. I will be teaching yoga and other movement modalities. Along with this Indoor Studio offering, there will be Hiking/Walking and Stand Up Paddleboard Sessions coming. Weaving all this together with a thread of Yoga.
Let me add here you do not have to bend like a pretzel to do yoga. While that can certainly be part of it if you choose so. Rayne Or Shine Yoga's focus will be aiming to offer fun, playful, challenging experiences at whatever level you are at. Along with, building relationships and comradery within the community. Accepting each individual for who there are and where they are at mentally, physically and emotionally. Providing you with an environment to just plain feel better!
So if you’re interested in yoga for stress management, weight loss, strength or flexibility, I’d like to invite you to a free 30-minute Discovery Class to find out if my approach to health can help you with your goals. No experience required, I’ll even bring a mat for you :) I am currently planning for next month and have just a few spots available, so if you’re interested, please email me: rayneorshineyoga@gmail.com
I look forward to chatting with YOU! Also, check out Carissa Suttles at Suttles Family Chiropractic and Sandy Beebe at Bizzy Bee Massage Therapy. We are located at 1441 Hartwell Hwy (near Chris's Junction) Elberton Ga 30635. https://goo.gl/maps/h8ELURmjJhLkhNZd7
